Things to Do Winter

This Place is Wild

Carve into champagne powder or cross-country ski by moonlight. Pedal your bike through winding trails, a venture by snowshoe to parts unexplored, or strap on your ice skates for a friendly game of outdoor hockey. We have over a million acres of white powdered playground. In the centre of the Lower North Thompson is world-class downhill skiing and cross-country skiing at Sun Peaks Resort. Chase the snow to the summit, powered by a snowmobile. Gather the family together for a day of ice fishing at one of our many lakes or book a day of tubing at our family-friendly Harper Mountain.
